Physical Pathway *Taking care of our physical health by eating right, getting enough rest so that we have enough energy.
* Enhancing our academic learning and our class performance by making use of our surroundings and our flexibility of thought. Cognitive Pathway
Psychological Pathway * Building personal self esteem and being aware of our own emotions.
* Using appropriate language to build relationships by speaking and listening to others. Listening with our ears and our eyes shows that we truly hear what you are saying. Language Pathway

Social Pathway

* Building relationships and friendships by interacting with people from all backgrounds.
*Making the right decisions and respecting the rights of  yourself and others.
